PrintUniq is run by ECOM GENIUS. This page explains what personal information we collect when you use printuniq.in, why we collect it, and who sees it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, when you place an order or create an account.
• The images and artwork you upload, and the product choices you make.
• Order and payment status. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on our payment partner’s secure page, and we do not see or store them.
• Basic technical data such as your browser and pages visited, and cookies that keep the site and your cart working.

How we use it

• To make, pack and deliver your order.
• To contact you about your order, delivery and any problem.
• To handle returns, refunds and support requests.
• To keep the site secure and to meet legal and tax requirements.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to complete your order: our printing and fulfilment partner (your artwork, product details and delivery address), delivery couriers, and our payment provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Your artwork

Your uploaded images are used only to print your order, and for checking and support related to it. We do not use your artwork for any other product or advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires and as needed to handle returns and support. You can ask us to delete your account and uploaded artwork, except where we must keep records by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
