These terms apply when you use printuniq.in or place an order. PrintUniq is run by ECOM GENIUS. By ordering, you agree to them.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST and delivery unless stated otherwise.
• The price depends on the product, colour, size and print size you choose, and is shown before you pay.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Your artwork

• You must own the artwork you upload, or have permission to use and print it.
• You must not upload content that infringes someone’s copyright, trademark or likeness, or that is illegal, hateful, abusive or sexually explicit.
• We may refuse or cancel any order with such content, and refund you in full.
• You are responsible for the quality of the file you upload. The designer shows a resolution check, and low-resolution prints may look soft.

Made to order

Products are printed after you order. Colours can differ slightly between screen and print, and clothing measurements have a normal tolerance. Our returns and refunds policy explains what we cover.

Cancellations

You can cancel only before printing starts. See the returns and refunds page.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
