Shipping and delivery

Everything is made to order, so delivery has two steps: making your item, then shipping it.

How long it takes

• Making: usually 2 to 3 working days after your order is confirmed.
• Delivery: usually 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

These are estimates. Festivals, weather and courier delays can add time.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India to pincodes our courier partners serve. If your pincode is not served, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery cost

The price you see in the designer includes delivery and GST. There are no extra charges at checkout.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email.

Check your order on arrival

Please record an unboxing video when you open the parcel. It protects you if there is a problem. See our returns and refunds page.
